Refund policy
We accept returns only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. To qualify for a refund or exchange, the item must be returned unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
Raise a Complaint Within 24 Hours:
* Share clear pictures and a short video of the issue
* Send your complaint to official whatsapp 0333-3887199
* Must be done within 24 hours of delivery
No Return/Refund If:
* You simply don’t like the product
* Color variation is minor (colors may slightly vary from display)
Refund & Exchange Conditions:
* Return the product using any traceable courier at your own expense
* We will process refunds only after receiving and inspecting the returned item
* Refunds (if approved) are made to your bank account within 7 working days
* Delivery charges are non-refundable
Important:
* Do not apply tape or stickers directly on the product box
* Poorly packed or used items will be returned back to the customer
