Refund & Exchange Policy

We accept returns only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. To qualify for a refund or exchange, the item must be returned unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.

Raise a Complaint Within 24 Hours:

  • Share clear pictures and a short video of the issue
  • Send your complaint to [yourstoreemail@example.com]
  • Must be done within 24 hours of delivery

No Return/Refund If:

  • You simply don’t like the product
  • Color variation is minor (colors may slightly vary from display)

Refund & Exchange Conditions:

  • Return the product using any traceable courier at your own expense
  • We will process refunds only after receiving and inspecting the returned item
  • Refunds (if approved) are made to your bank account within 7 working days

Delivery charges are non-refundable

Important:

  • Do not apply tape or stickers directly on the product box
  • Poorly packed or used items will be returned back to the customer
